Jay Yasso has spent over three decades giving a voice and fighting for the rights of injured victims in Michigan and around the country.  Many of these victims were sexually assaulted by either a relative, school official, co-employee or a member of the clergy.  That’s where Jay Yasso and his team at Sommers Schwartz, a nationally recognized personal injury law firm, stepped in to represent victims of sexual abuse to right the wrong and ensure the victims were financially compensated for their injuries.

Jay is a litigator and a Senior Shareholder of Sommers Schwartz, P.C.  In addition to representing victims of sexual assault, Jay has successfully mediated, facilitated, arbitrated and tried catastrophic injury cases in medical malpractice, automobile negligence and product liability.  Jay has also been selected to sit as a mediator and facilitator in many personal injury matters.
