Fr. Robert Wyzgoski

Discharged in 2002; “relinquished.” Allegations of misconduct towards adolescent females during the 1960s. Concerns from parents regarding his conduct emerged as early as 1973. Identified as a defendant in a legal case in 2004. In 2005, the Vatican supported Cardinal Maida’s resolution to permanently revoke Wyzgoski’s pastoral responsibilities. Passed away in January 2007. Included in the archdiocese’s roster of individuals deemed credibly accused on June 10, 2019.
