Fr. Thomas J. Cain

In an announcement made by the archdiocese on their official website on October 27th, 2014 it was revealed that Cain, was accused of engaging in sexual misconduct with minors. The Archdiocesan Board of Review, after careful examination, deemed these allegations to be credible. Throughout his career, Cain served in various locations such as Pontiac, Monroe, Mt. Clemens, Detroit, and Livonia from 1960 to 1984. These disturbing accusations led to Cain’s inclusion on the archdiocese’s list of individuals who have been credibly accused, as of June 10th, 2019.
