Fr. Alfred J. Miller

In 2002, the individual was granted the official permission to retire following the emergence of accusations regarding sexual impropriety that allegedly occurred in the late 1960s or early 1970s. Throughout the investigation, no priestly privileges were extended to them. The allegations of misconduct with older male children were made by multiple individuals. Subsequently, a civil lawsuit was filed in 2003, followed by another in 2004. The Vatican took decisive action in 2005 by permanently revoking their right to engage in public ministry. Regrettably, the individual passed away on May 19, 2021.
